If you’re passionate about engineering and want to make your mark, consider becoming an Engineering New Zealand Student Ambassador. Being an ambassador means supporting the students of today to become the engineers of tomorrow.

Student Ambassadors are your voice representing Student Members, helping to organise events and promote Engineering New Zealand to students, as well as providing feedback on current issues that you believe engineers should be addressing.

Working closely with Engineering New Zealand and other Student Ambassadors, you’ll have the chance to gain invaluable leadership experience and develop strong networks in the engineering community.

To apply to be a Student Ambassador, you’ll need:

  • to be an Engineering New Zealand Student Member
  • your Student Membership number
  • an up-to-date CV
  • a short paragraph detailing why you want to be an ambassador, and what you can bring to the role.
