Our Rules are voted on by our members and are the foundational legal document. It governs how we function and the responsibilities of members in how they interact with each other and the public.
Our regulations govern Competence Registers, continuing professional development, complaints resolution, membership class transitions and fee discounts. They ensure professionalism, integrity and transparency in support of engineers’ ongoing growth and recognition within the profession.
