As an incorporated society, we’re required to outline how we function as an organisation.

Rules

The Engineering New Zealand Rules is our foundational legal document. It governs how we function and the responsibilities of members in how they interact with each other and the public.

The Rules are voted on by our members. They cover:

  • our purpose and objectives
  • our structure and operational guidelines
  • membership and awards
  • governance and management
  • dispute resolution procedures
  • subsidiary organisations
  • competence registers.
