Currently NZGS is registered under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. The enactment of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and the Incorporated Societies Regulations 2023 means we must re-register under the 2022 Act before April 2026 to maintain the NZGS status as an incorporated society.
