SESOC Emerging Structural Engineers (ESE) Tauranga/Hamilton region is excited to invite 4th year students, graduates, and industry professionals to an engaging Quiz Night at The University of Waikato – Union @ The Don.
This event is designed to bring together individuals from across the structural and civil engineering community in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Participants will be placed in teams to ensure a fair and competitive event. Whether you are a seasoned engineer or just beginning your professional journey, there will be plenty of opportunities to test your knowledge and learn something new.
Beyond the quiz itself, the evening serves as a valuable networking opportunity for those working in, or aspiring to join, the engineering industry. Building professional connections early in your career can be invaluable, and this event provides a welcoming platform to meet peers from different organisations and backgrounds.
Early professionals and fourth year university students are especially encouraged to attend. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with professionals who have successfully established themselves within the industry - people who may one day become your colleagues, mentors, or even future managers. Following the event, attendees are welcome to continue conversations, expand their professional networks, and engage with our friendly ESE Committee members to learn more about career pathways within structural engineering.
