Register for an inside look at Stage 2 of the Queenstown Country Club.
The Queenstown Country Club is a three-storey tilt-panel building providing 33 new, high-end two- to three-bedroom apartments within the village. Designed by JTB Architects and being built by Cook Brothers Construction, the primary structure is well underway, with the first-level suspended slabs currently being poured.
Hear from structural engineers ENGCO about the considered structural detailing required to match the built form to the adjoining mass-timber Stage 1 building, and working collaboratively with the client on material selection, detailing and the temporary works approach.
Afterwards, we'll head to 11th Avenue (formerly Frank's) for drinks and nibbles.
PPE Required: Hard hat, hi-vis jacket, safety booys and safety glasses.
Join the Central Otago Branch for a site visit at Stage 2 of the Queenstown Country Club to explore the engineering behind this three-storey tilt panel apartment development.
