In the course of your work you may find yourself procuring goods or services on behalf of your client, running a tendering process, or entering into professional services agreements for your own services.
These, and many other transactions, require an understanding of the fundamental principles of how to enter into a contract, and what constitutes a valid contract. In this recorded webinar, the fundamental principles of contract law are considered. In particular, we focus on how to enter into a contract, and the remedies for a breach of contract.

Dr Giovanna Fenster
