Meeting and managing the expectations and requirements of our stakeholders, both internally and externally, requires many skills. Our ability to communicate with clarity, and persuade and influence as appropriate are key, but most importantly, to listen and understand the needs of the other parties. We must also be able to manage competing requests, set clear boundaries and communicate what is and what is not negotiable without damaging working relationships.
The aim of this webinar is to build key communication and influencing skills for managing stakeholder relationships successfully. The focus will be on how to operate in a proactive way, treating our stakeholders more as key customers, analysing and responding to their needs. We will also discuss the basic principles and core values of stakeholder engagement and taking responsibility to maintain an ongoing dialogue with stakeholders.
For anyone wanting to build key communication and influencing skills for managing stakeholder relationships successfully.
