Managing change has become increasingly more challenging over the last few years and it is unlikely to become easier in the years ahead. Arguably the greatest obstacle to successfully and smoothly implement any change is your people. Introducing a work-related change, whether large or small, is achieved with the cooperation and support of management and staff. It requires you as the manager to challenge the mind-set, inspire the change and embed the new culture. Each person attending will also receive their personal action journal which contains tips and exercises that are explored during the webinar.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • transition your team through the change process, from initial resistance through to embedding the change successfully
  • help your team to reset and create new Ways of Working so that the change has a lasting impact
  • use the 4R model to design a tailored plan to communicate better, resolve conflicts and secure your team’s buy-in to ensure the successful implementation of your initiative
  • build trust by providing leadership with purpose and clarity which shows the way forward and meaningful support for your team

Intended audience

This webinar will help engineers and managers at all levels to devise a robust plan to support their team during the change process.

Format

This is a live webinar with discussions and practical tips throughout
