Alex will explain key changes and improvements these standards introduce, along with the reasoning behind changes, a comparison against international best practice, and the broader philosophy for rail vehicle interoperability requirements. Finally, the presentation will look at opportunities for further improvement in harmonising standards between rail vehicles and rail infrastructure for New Zealand.

This webinar is ideal for engineers, operators, asset managers, regulators, and anyone involved in rail system design, procurement, or compliance who wants to stay informed about the latest developments in New Zealand’s rail standards framework.
