Meet the people who hire engineers in Otago.
Local employers across Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering will each give a short presentation on who they are and the work they do — here and further afield — followed by informal networking over drinks and nibbles.
Students
Hear directly from local companies about their projects, their teams, and the opportunities coming up, including possible summer work and graduate roles. The networking session afterwards is your chance to talk one-on-one with the organisations you're most interested in.
Industry
A relaxed, high-value opportunity to put your organisation in front of Otago's next generation of engineers. We ask each organisation to prepare a snappy 3–5 minute micro presentation introducing yourselves and your work.
Not actively recruiting? Come along anyway — building name recognition now pays off when these students start applying.
The event will be kicking off sharply at 6.00pm, doors open from 5.30 to get settled and load presentations onto a computer.

Looking to understand your local industry, meet potential employers, or on the hunt for summer work? Come along to Industry Night at Otago Polytechnic and meet engineering industry reps in your area.
