This tour offers engineers the opportunity to observe the latest concrete pipe manufacturing technologies in New Zealand, including Radial Press (RP) and Vibration Technology (VT). Attendees will gain insight into vertically cast pipe production process and see first hand how precision, consistency, and quality are achieved at scale. The tour also provides a platform for technical discussions around pipeline systems and an overview of the current solutions available in the market.
PPE Requirements:
Safety shoes, a high-visibility vest, a hard hat, and safety glasses are required for the tour.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own PPE as sizes on-site are limited. If you require PPE to be provided, please indicate this at the time of registration so arrangements can be made.
Important information:
For safety reasons, this tour is open to adults aged 18 and over only. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for individuals with limited mobility or accessibility needs. Parking is available both on-site and on the street.
