Egis, working in partnership with Tonkin + Taylor and Qualao Consulting, were engaged by MFAT to provide engineering technical support to assist various Government of Vanuatu stakeholders in their recovery efforts following the earthquake which affected Port Vila in December 2024. Egis’ team will give an overview of the work carried out and details of the engineering challenges and wider observations of the recovery efforts.

Presentation 3: Effects of the March ’25 Mandalay Earthquake on Tall Buildings in Bangkok

Discover how and why the Mandalay earthquake caused significant impacts on tall buildings in Bangkok, including key observations and engineering insights.
