Join us for a site visit of Christchurch's Te Kaha Stadium project. This multi-use arena features innovative construction techniques including a unique oculus-style roof structure and advanced seismic design solutions.
Project representatives from Christchurch City Council will guide us through the site, highlighting the engineering challenges and technical solutions implemented in this significant $683 million development.
Meet at 3:45pm at the BESIX Watpac site office (274 Tuam Street). Following the tour, we'll continue discussions at Dux Central for drinks and nibbles with fellow engineers.
Important: All attendees must bring their own PPE to participate: hard hat, hi-vis vest, steel-capped shoes, and safety glasses. No exceptions.
