Rob Whitton – Senior Mechanical Engineer, Scion Group

Rob is a mechanical engineer with a focus on process equipment. At Scion, he specialises in additive manufacturing and in process design. Recently he provided engineering expertise to enable a new sustainable process to be implemented at scale, bridging the gap between science and real-world application.

Mathias Sorieul – Materials Scientist, Scion Group

Mathias specialises in bio-based materials and nanocellulose. With a background in both research and application development, he leads projects aimed at unlocking the potential of natural fibres for use in advanced, sustainable products.

Dr. Mark Klook – Senior Process Engineer, Cetogenix

Mark brings decades of experience in industrial process development and clean-tech. As Senior Process Engineer at Cetogenix, he’s driving the engineering behind innovative resource recovery solutions, turning organic waste streams into renewable carbon resources - translating science into scalable commercial technologies.
