The session will be presented by Paul Haggath from TEAM Projects, a Chartered Civil Engineer and experienced Project Director with more than 30 years in the construction industry. Paul is the founder and Managing Director of TEAM Projects Advisory and has delivered projects across civil infrastructure, sports and leisure facilities, commercial developments, public realm, airports and rail.

The presentation will be followed by a guided site visit to view the redevelopment works first-hand.
A light lunch will be provided at the venue.
