Wingates Architects and Beca have collaborated to design the building for tenants to enjoy extensive views of the harbour, connectivity and occupant comfort. Its nautical shape follows the site and addresses the waterfront and Devonport Road, maximising the amenity and sites development opportunity.
Hear from the project team about key challenges encountered on site, including complex ground conditions, tight urban constraints, staged construction sequencing and coordination of structural steel, façade, and building services within an active CBD environment.
