In 2018, Engineering New Zealand demonstrated its commitment to diversity by co-founding the Diversity Agenda alongside Te Kāhui Whaihanga NZ Institute of Architects and ACE New Zealand.

Today, a range of programmes support a more diverse engineering profession – from a te ao Māori strategy and advisory rōpū, to inspiring the next generation of STEM talent through the Wonder Project. Together, these programmes support the long-term strength and diversity of the engineering profession in Aotearoa New Zealand. Explore the programmes below and see how you can get involved.
