Hardik is a Chartered Engineer (IMechE, United Kingdom) and a specialist in composite structural engineering, with over ten years of experience delivering end‑to‑end Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) infrastructure solutions. In his role as Manager – Engineering & Design at Treadwell Group, he leads multidisciplinary teams and projects, ensuring designs meet safety and durability requirements. His work is grounded in technical proficiency across international standards, including United Kingdom, Australian, and New Zealand codes, complemented by strategic insights gained through executive education at IIM Ahmedabad.
