In the course of your work you may find yourself procuring goods or services on behalf of your client, running a tendering process or entering into professional services agreements for your own services. These and many other transactions require an understanding of the fundamental principles of how contracts are entered into, and what a valid contract is. In this recorded webinar, the fundamental principles of contract law are considered. In particular, we focus on how contracts are entered into, and the remedies for a breach of contract.
