As a professional engineer your role may extend to the engineer under the contract. In this role, will have to decide whether works are ready for practical completion, whether they have defects, and who is liable for any defects. This one-hour webinar considers what constitutes a defect, and how defects impact on practical completion and final completion of construction and engineering works.
