The Early Career and Graduate Programme is a six-month course designed to help emerging engineers build the capability, confidence and professional mindset to excel and grow in their roles.
Combining practical tools, guided reflection and peer learning, the programme turns early experience into lasting professional growth – designed for emerging engineers in small to medium-sized firms with no in-house development programme.
Each month focuses on a key professional area – from building strong working relationships and understanding how work contributes to wider goals – to managing priorities, communicating with impact and thinking critically. Along the way, engineers connect with peers from across the industry, share fresh perspectives and build networks that extend beyond their own workplace – benefiting both them and the organisations they work in.
Take advantage of a special offer of $1,500 for Engineering New Zealand members (valued at $3,000 per participant).
