Facilitators
Jenny Turner is a neurodiversity and leadership consultant and coach, and founder of Human Fabric. After discovering her ADHD in her 40s, Jenny left her corporate career to support organisations and individuals to better understand and embrace neurodiversity. She brings over 20 years’ experience in professional services, including senior roles at Beca, and combines deep leadership expertise, lived experience, and current global best practice in neuroinclusion. Jenny holds an MBA and is a parent to two neurodivergent children.
Craig Watson is the DEI Lead for The Diversity Agenda. Growing up with ADHD and other learning challenges, Craig has led complex projects including the London 2012 Olympic Games and rescue and recovery engineering teams following the Christchurch earthquakes. The Diversity Agenda is a cross‑industry programme supporting improved diversity across New Zealand’s infrastructure sector.
