The Nelson-Marlborough Branch has previously visited the nearby Renwick Reservoir, when it was completed a couple of years ago. This, and the new treatment plant, are part of a major upgrade of water reticulation. The water treatment plant was one of the final areas of upgrades for Renwick water, with other minor upgrades nearing completion.
Following the site visit, we'll move to Woodbourne Tavern in Renwick for drinks and nibbles.
