The Hawke's Bay Branch is holding a working bee at the historic Mokopeka Power Station and members are invited to come along and help with the ongoing maintenance of what is quite possibly the world's oldest operating hydro power station.

There is a range of tasks for all fitness levels – bring any tools you are happy to operate: spade, slasher, axe etc – and beach shoes if you're prepared to get your feet wet.

The working bee will start at 9am and people are free to stay as long as they would like.
