This year's presentation is in two parts.

The first part of the presentation will cover the technological innovation process within the NZ Dairy Industry, from the formation of the Dairy Research Institute in 1927 to the establishment of Fonterra in 2001.

The first part of the presentation will cover the technological innovation process within the NZ Dairy Industry, from the formation of the Dairy Research Institute in 1927 to the establishment of Fonterra in 2001. The second part will cover high-tech innovation in the Fonterra era. Both parts will include developments in the local industry and the international market, and highlight the key research priorities.
